The Head of Curriculum is a key operational leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management, delivery, and quality assurance within a designated curriculum area. Reporting directly to the Dean of Faculty, the HoC will ensure a successful and enjoyable learning experience for all learners, driving high standards of teaching, learning, and learner outcomes through effective operational planning, hands-on team management, and the local implementation of college policies and strategies. The post could involve extensive travel across Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, flexibility in working hours, and will lead to working within the Dual Sector University.
