As part of our marketing growth strategy, we are seeking a Head of Growth to drive growth for our B2C Patients business in Italy managing a fast growing team. This is a highly analytical, horizontal role: you will own the Italian growth strategy end-to-end and act as the connective tissue that translates company strategy into a coherent Growth strategy, partnering with the vertical Heads (Brand, Paid Media, CRM, SEO) to implement it and steer execution. Rather than owning a single channel, you bring a business-wide view across marketing and growth, set the direction, and make sure the verticals row in the same direction toward shared targets. The role reports to the CMO. The Essentials Seniority: Senior-level Languages: Fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal Preferred Location: Milan Salary range: EUR 80,000 - 100,000 in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices 💻 What You'll Do Own the B2C Italy growth strategy: translate company-level objectives into a clear, full-funnel growth plan across awareness, consideration and conversion Be responsible for new-patient growth in Italy, maximizing growth within LTV/CAC targets, ensuring regular budget shifts across channels and initiatives. Act as the horizontal layer across the marketing org ; partner with the vertical Heads (Brand, Paid Media, CRM, SEO, Comms) to ensure execution is maximised and steer delivery across functions Own Marketing business reviews (weekly, monthly and quarterly), distilling performance insights into decisions, with clarity of business drivers and corrective actions, presenting to a senior audience (C-level and ELT). Responsible to drive those corrective actions live. Perform ATL media strategy and buying (TV, CTV, OOH, etc.), ensuring clear campaign measurement and optimisation. Partner closely with Product and Finance to have a clear view of what interacts with traffic performance (former) and to build budget, forecast and channel targets (latter), which you will be responsible for. Lead competitive intelligence in the Italian mental-health category and feed it into positioning and growth actions.Own the B2C Italy growth strategy: translate company-level objectives into a clear, full-funnel ✅ Must-have A strongly analytical profile with a horizontal view of the business: you think in systems, connect strategy to numbers, and turn data into decisions. Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into cross-functional execution and to steer it in a matrixed organization. 10+ years in growth/marketing, including a senior or strategic capacity (ideally scaleup). Full-funnel command of marketing channels , from brand/ATL to digital performance: enough depth to challenge and align every vertical. Fluency in budgeting, forecasting, and measurement models . Solid knowledge of multiple measurement models from Multi touch (MTA) to MMM as well as Lift studies (conversion and brand lift). Capable of providing valuable feedback to Product teams to ensure what is built maximises conversion opportunities. Strong goal-setting / OKR discipline and the ability to hold an org accountable to outcomes. A builder’s mindset : comfortable creating structure and incubating new growth areas from scratch.
