R&D Partners is seeking a Head of Global Engineering to lead and enhance the engineering function across a global manufacturing network. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will oversee engineering teams across multiple sites worldwide and play a key role in shaping the future of the organization’s engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and support engineering teams across multiple global locations.
• Plan and manage budgets for equipment and infrastructure improvements.
• Oversee global engineering projects, maintenance programs, and asset management.
• Ensure safety standards, compliance, and consistent engineering practices across all sites.
• Drive modernization through automation, digital tools, and advanced technologies.
• Improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Provide guidance and training to engineering teams to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with various teams to align goals and maintain operational excellence.
Key Skills and Requirements:
• Expertise in pharmaceutical or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience managing engineering operations across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and capital project management.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Familiarity with automation and digital transformation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
