What We are looking for As a Head of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) you will lead our financial planning strategy, support executive decision-making, and drive business performance across all functions. You will report directly to the CFO and collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders to ensure data-backed insights and scalable financial processes. What you will work on Ensure financial planning aligns with applicable accounting standards and internal policies Collaborate with accounting and BI team to implement and optimize financial planning Provide variance analysis and commentary on monthly performance for CFO review Support strategic planning by providing reliable financial data Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for executive leadership and board stakeholders. Monitor cash flow and manage working capital components (AR, AP etc.) Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, coordinating with business units to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Propose and implement process improvements, automation, and cost-saving initiatives Build and maintain scenario models to assess potential business outcomes and inform decision-making    Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, or capital allocation projects   What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role, ideally in tech or online gaming industry Proven track record in building forecasting models and supporting C-level executives In-depth understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory frameworks Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) Fluent in English, both written and verbal What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
