Bergkvist Siljan is now looking for a Head of Finance & Controlling who wants to take overall responsibility for financial management, follow-up and business development. About the role You are responsible for the entire finance and controlling function within Bergkvist Siljan, covering everything from forestry and raw material supply to industrial production and sales. The role is clearly business-oriented and includes a significant hands-on element within controlling, while also leading and developing the finance and accounting team. A key success factor of the role is translating operational data into business insights and actively contributing to decisions that driving performance across the business. You will be the main interface for all finance and controlling matters between the Swedish organization and the group headquarters. You are also responsible for external relationships with auditors, local banks and advisors.
