Head of Estates, £340 - £385pday (Monday – Friday) Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Head of Estates to join a large Public Sector organisation in Lancashire for a 3 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately. Role: The role forms part of a busy Maintenance Team, who provide a mechanical and electrical services to the organisation’s sites, duties will include; · Ensure that operate effective and efficient planned preventative maintenance systems are in place and that KPIs are in place (monthly KPI reports are set up and audited) · Provide a safe means of maintaining the building fabric and engineering services throughout the Trust remote sites; ensuring that safe systems of work are in place e.g. Policies and Procedures and Permit to Work Systems · Auditing the Hard FM contractors and sub-contractors against Health and Safety standards, including the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH),Workplace and Working Time Regulations, and ensure that detailed risk assessments comply with Trust and Departmental Health and Safety procedures Person: The successful candidate will have; · Significant operational experience in a Public Sector organisation · Looking for someone proactive, dynamic and deliver solutions · Demonstratable focus on compliance and departmental change To apply for this position, please use the link provided or contact Chris Page at Castlefield’s Leeds Office Thank you!
