Ford Credit Europe is hiring a Head of EU Engineering Excellence to lead engineering enablement across its growing technology organisation. Based in Dunton, Essex (hybrid), the role sits within the TPM function and owns ways of working, tooling strategy, people development, and engineering metrics. You'll work alongside engineering leadership, SRE, and Product Operations to build the processes and culture that let engineers do their best work at scale. We're looking for someone with hands-on engineering experience, a track record of driving process and tooling adoption, and the leadership skills to bring teams along without mandating from above.
