Their systems bring a new level of autonomy and adaptability to real-world industrial environments—redefining how goods are sorted, stacked, and moved. As they scale across Europe, the company is expanding its operations and deployment function to ensure seamless delivery of their robotics solutions to customers in logistics, warehousing, and parcel automation. The Role The company is seeking a Head of Deployment to lead and grow its European deployment operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—you’ll oversee multiple site deployments while shaping the processes, teams, and standards that underpin successful rollouts. Serve as the key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring deployments meet operational requirements. Gather field insights and feed them back into engineering and product teams to drive system reliability and innovation. Establish and refine deployment processes, documentation, and best practices to enable repeatable, scalable delivery. Represent the company at customer pilots, demos, and industry events. What We’re Looking For Required Proven experience deploying and commissioning robotic, automation, or material-handling systems in industrial environments. Strong understanding of mechatronics, sensors, networking, and control systems. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deployment projects simultaneously. Leadership experience, including mentoring and building teams. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English. Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (up to 50%). Nice to Have Experience in logistics or parcel automation environments. Familiarity with Linux or modern deployment toolchains. Proficiency in German or another European language. Valid driver’s licence. Why Join? Take a central role in scaling a function critical to the company’s success. Work at the cutting edge of robotics and autonomy with real-world impact. Join a passionate, collaborative team supported by world-class investors. Competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
