Description
We're partnering with a high-growth organisation within the property and student accommodation sector to appoint a Head of Communications.This is a strategic role, responsible for leading the organisation's communications agenda across internal engagement, corporate communications, resident communications and reputation management. Working closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders, you'll ensure communications support business priorities, strengthen organisational culture and protect the company's reputation.Part-Time | 9am-3pm | HybridThe RoleReporting to the Director of Sales, Marketing & Resident Experience, you'll take ownership of the communications function, developing strategies that engage colleagues, support organisational change and enhance the customer experience. You'll act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, delivering high-quality communications across multiple audiences while ensuring consistency of messaging and brand across the business.Key responsibilities include:Developing and delivering the overall communications strategy.Leading executive and leadership communications, including business updates and Town Halls.Supporting organisational change programmes through effective communication planning.Managing external communications, media relations and corporate messaging.Producing communications for senior leadership, board papers, presentations and corporate events.Leading resident communications to enhance engagement, wellbeing and community across a national portfolio.Developing crisis communications plans and supporting business-critical communications when required.Using insight and analytics to continually improve communication effectiveness.Identifying opportunities to improve processes through digital tools, automation and AI.About YouYou'll be an experienced communications professional with a track record of operating in a senior, strategic role.
