Salary: €140,000 + benefits
The Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial marketing leader to take ownership of one of the most significant product categories within a leading retail business.
Working alongside senior commercial leadership, you’ll be responsible for defining how your category grows – identifying opportunities, responding to changing customer behaviour and delivering marketing strategies that translate directly into commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
• Setting the long-term growth strategy for a major category.
• Partnering with senior commercial leaders to identify opportunities for growth and increased market share.
• Turning customer insight and market trends into commercially effective marketing plans.
• Leading the development of integrated campaigns that support seasonal trading, product launches and key commercial moments.
• Making informed investment decisions to maximise marketing effectiveness and return.
• Monitoring category performance and adapting plans in response to customer behaviour and trading results.
• Bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver joined-up, commercially focused marketing activity.
• Developing a high-performing team capable of delivering best-in-class category marketing.

• Leading category, commercial or consumer marketing within a large organisation.
• Developing growth strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Managing significant marketing investment and campaign budgets.
• Working closely with Buying, Product or Commercial teams.
• Using customer insight, market data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
