Esta nova posição foi criada para integrar, sob uma única liderança, as áreas de MRO, operações, serviços e relacionamento comercial da Base de São Paulo, maximizando resultados e garantindo excelência no atendimento a clientes militares, para-público, O&G e civis, que confiam na Helibras para manter suas frotas em plena capacidade operacional. Missão do Cargo: • Subordinado diretamente ao CEO da Helibras, o Diretor irá Liderar a operação da Base de São Paulo em um momento de evolução e crescimento, elevando padrões de desempenho, expandindo capacidades e assegurando entregas que sustentem as necessidades de nossos clientes, sejam eles forças armadas, órgãos de segurança pública, operadores para-públicos, operadores O&G e/ou empresas civis. Principais Responsabilidades: Gestão Estratégica • Definir e implementar a estratégia operacional e de serviços de curto, médio e longo prazo, alinhada aos objetivos corporativos e padrões globais Airbus | Helibras. • Garantir a integração de processos e sinergia entre equipes para maximizar eficiência e qualidade. • Atuar de forma coordenada com outras unidades da Helibras/m e da Airbus, aproveitando sinergias internacionais. Excelência Operacional e de Serviços • Integrar e otimizar áreas de MRO, operações e serviços, assegurando entregas no prazo, con cmustos e qualidades adequados. • Monitorar e gerenciar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs), antecipando riscos e implementando ações corretivas. • Assegurar altos padrões de segurança, qualidade, compliance regulatório e confiabilidade técnica. Relacionamento com Clientes e Stakeholders • Manter relacionamento próximo e estratégico com clientes militares, parapúblicos, O&G  e civis, compreendendo suas demandas específicas e garantindo soluções sob medida. • Representar a operação junto a autoridades regulatórias, parceiros e fornecedores estratégicos. Liderança e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas • Engajar, desenvolver e motivar líderes e equipes multidisciplinares. • Promover um ambiente colaborativo, diverso, inclusivo e orientado a resultados. • Conduzir processos de mudança organizacional com clareza e eficiência. Gestão Financeira e Sustentabilidade • Garantir uso eficiente de recursos e maximizar rentabilidade. • Avaliar o impacto financeiro de decisões estratégicas e operacionais. • Incorporar práticas sustentáveis que reforcem a responsabilidade social e ambiental da Helibras. Requisitos: • Formação superior completa; desejável MBA ou pós-graduação em  áreas correlatas. • Comprovada experiência sólida em posições de liderança sênior, preferencialmente no setor aeronáutico. • Histórico comprovado de condução de operações que envolvam clientes militares, para-públicos, O&G e/ou civis. • Capacidade de influenciar, negociar e representar institucionalmente em alto nível. • Experiência com gestão de mudanças, inovação e desenvolvimento de talentos. • Inglês avançado ou fluente. Português fluente. This newly created position aims to bring together, under a single leadership, the MRO, operations, services, and commercial relationship areas of the São Paulo Base, with the objective of maximizing results and ensuring excellence in serving military, parapublic, oil & gas, and civil clients who rely on Helibras to keep their fleets fully operational. Position Mission: • Reporting directly to the CEO of Helibras, the Director will lead the São Paulo Base operation during a period of growth and transformation, raising performance standards, expanding capabilities, and ensuring service delivery that meets the evolving needs of our clients – including the armed forces, public safety agencies, parapublic operators, O&G operators, and civil companies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Management • Define and implement short, medium, and long-term operational and service strategies aligned with corporate goals and Airbus | Helibras global standards. • Ensure process integration and synergy among teams to maximize efficiency and quality. • Work in coordination with other Helibras and Airbus units, leveraging international synergies. Operational and Service Excellence • Integrate and optimize MRO, operations, and service areas, ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality deliveries. • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), anticipating risks and implementing corrective actions. • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and technical reliability. Client and Stakeholder Relations • Maintain close and strategic relationships with military, parapublic, O&G, and civil clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions. • Represent the operation with regulatory authorities, strategic partners, and suppliers. Leadership and People Development • Engage, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary leaders and teams. • Promote a collaborative, diverse, inclusive, and results-driven environment. • Lead organizational change processes with clarity and effectiveness. Financial and Sustainable Management • Ensure efficient resource utilization and maximize profitability. • Evaluate the financial impact of strategic and operational decisions. • Incorporate sustainable practices that reinforce Helibras’s social and environmental responsibility. Requirements: • Completed higher education; MBA or postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable. • Proven solid experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the aerospace sector. • Demonstrated track record in managing operations involving military, parapublic, O&G, and/or civil clients. • Ability to influence, negotiate, and represent the company at high institutional levels. • Experience in change management, innovation and talent development. • Advanced or fluent English. Fluent Portuguese.
