To support the company’s ambitious growth plan, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with solid experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in developing opportunities within the B2B solar photovoltaic (PV) market in the C&I Italian SME industry Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities, making a direct contribution to the achievement of the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong network within the energy sector, extensive experience managing complex negotiations, and a proven ability to generate and close opportunities, delivering an annual target of 10 to 50 MW of new solar PV installations . Key Responsibilities Define and implement the company’s national business development strategy for Italian SME Identify and secure new opportunities within the Italian SME for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment Manage the entire sales cycle, from commercial proposal through contract negotiation NO and execution. Lead complex, high-value negotiations with CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Managers, and business owners. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline capable of generating 10 -30 MW of new solar PPA PV projects annually. Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments within the energy sector.
