Birn+Partners is now looking for a Head of Baltics to help grow our Executive Search and Consulting business across the Baltic region. You are based in Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania, but you will work closely with our Nordic organisation, report to Finland, and collaborate actively across borders with colleagues in multiple European countries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business development, trusted advisory work, Executive Search assignments and consulting in a highly international environment. You may already be an experienced Executive Search consultant, business leader, management consultant or HR professional, but above all, you are someone who understands business, builds trust naturally and enjoys creating long-term client relationships and enjoy selling services. At Birn+Partners, we work closely with our clients and invest deeply in understanding their businesses, leadership needs and long-term goals. Your role As Head of Baltics, you will build and grow your own client portfolio across the Baltic region while working as part of our international Nordic and European team. Your work may include: Executive Search assignments for senior leaders, managers and specialists Business development and client relationship management Advisory and consulting projects Interim Management or Board assignments Leadership development, coaching and mentoring Cross-border collaboration with colleagues and clients across Europe. This is an entrepreneurial role with significant freedom and responsibility. You will operate with a high level of independence while having collegues, the support, brand, research resources, marketing and international collaboration of an established European company behind you. We are looking for someone who enjoys building business, takes ownership and thrives in a performance-driven environment, while still valuing teamwork, quality and long-term relationships. What we hope from you Have experience from Executive Search, consulting, leadership, board and /or business management. Enjoy sales, networking and client relationship building. Understand the corporate world and business realities and Baltics business culture. Are commercially driven and proactive. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Work independently and manage priorities effectively. Value quality, professionalism and ethics. Have genuine curiosity and interest in people. Are fluent in English and Estonian, or one of local Baltic languages. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage, but are not mandatory. Most importantly, we value who you are as a person.
