Summary  As the Head of Analytics for the Retail business, your primary purpose is to lead and shape the analytics strategy, vision, and initiatives within our organisation. You will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making, harnessing the power of data to deliver transformative insights that guide strategic direction, enhance operational efficiency, and foster innovation.  You will drive the data transformation by enabling the democratisation of data and information through the delivery of analytical and data self-service solutions. Encouraging and facilitating a culture of data-driven decision-making, whilst demonstrating the commercial benefits of a data and analytical-driven approach.
