Description
What you'll do
• Define and execute the Business Intelligence strategy for Eurowings as the central enabling capability serving all departments and domains
• Own the company-wide measurement infrastructure: KPI frameworks, reporting standards, forecasting methodologies and performance dashboards
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Commercial Analytics, Digital Analytics, and Data Science
• Run a hybrid operating model with central analytics standards and embedded product analysts
• Define analytics quality, governance, and best practices across the organisation
• Partner with Revenue Management to develop demand forecasting and pricing models
• Drive the shift from reporting to predictive, prescriptive, and ML-powered analytics
• Expand self-service analytics through LLM-powered assistants and natural-language querying
• Build experimentation capabilities to support data-driven product and commercial decisions
• Ensure responsible, compliant use of data and AI across the organisation
Ihr Profil:
What you'll need
As an enabling function, your impact shows up in how well the rest of the organisation decides and moves: adoption of self-service analytics, time from question to trustworthy answer, data quality and metric consistency across departments
• Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Several years' leadership experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Science, including leading leaders and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in federated or hub-and-spoke analytics operating models
• Proven track record delivering analytics and ML solutions with engineering teams
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into business value
