What you'll be doing Lead the daily operations of the kitchen and inspire your team. Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation. Organise workflows and maintain an efficient kitchen environment. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations and menu development. What we're looking for Proven experience as a Head Chef . Previous experience working in Norway is a strong advantage. Excellent English communication skills. Strong leadership and organisational abilities. A reliable professional looking for a long-term opportunity. What we offer Fixed salary of NOK 45,000 per month. Long-term, full-time employment. Approximately 9-hour working days , depending on business needs. The restaurant is closed every Sunday and Monday , allowing for regular days off. Free shared accommodation for the first three months , giving you time to settle in and find your own place. Accommodation is located in Porsgrunn , just a 10-minute train ride from Skien.
