The French multinational company PAUL is seeking a Head Chef (Hands-on) to join its store in Kifisia. ROLE The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing overall kitchen operations, ensuring high product quality, smooth workflow, and effective team management. This is a hands-on role , actively involved in daily production. Requirements Profile: Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role (Head or Sous Chef) Strong organizational and team management skills Experience in high-volume environments Good understanding of cost control and inventory management Professional, responsible, and able to perform under pressure Responsibilities: Organize and supervise daily kitchen operations Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff Control food cost, stock levels, and ordering Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) Coordinate with management and service team Lead by example through active participation Benefits Net salary of €1,200 Meal allowance €100/month (Edenred card) Transportation allowance up to €80/month (against receipts) Participation in team tips ( ~€150/month ) Retention bonus (gross): €200 after 3 months €300 after 6 months Employee discount on company products Full and legal insurance (14 salaries per year) Stable and professional working environment Training and career development opportunities Additional performance-based bonus 6-day work week, based on operational needs
