You will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation (including men u design) and will need to lead by example, demonstrating high end cookery and culinary skills alongside man management and staff development. Candidate should have an experience as a Head Chef/Chef in Charge in a large kitchen operation. Candidate should have a  relevant training like diploma/degree with min 5yrs Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Good administration skills and proven ability to maintain food & wage costs. Have a positive and energetic attitude. Have an infectious passion for cooking and delivering a memorable dining experience.
