Starting Date: As soon as possible Internship Duration: Minimum 6 months About Us Located in the heart of Brussels, opposite Brussels Central Station and just a two-minute walk from the iconic Grand Place, Hilton Brussels Grand Place features 236 guestrooms and suites and 12 fully equipped meeting rooms with natural daylight. Our Business Development team works with international companies, associations and agencies to deliver memorable meetings and events. Your Mission As an Intern within our Meetings & Events and Reservations team, you will gain hands-on experience in both commercial and operational activities. You will support the team from the first client enquiry through to the successful delivery of conferences, meetings and group stays while learning Hilton's service culture and commercial standards. Key Responsibilities • Assist with Meetings & Events and group enquiries. • Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts. • Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Conference & Events Operations. • Prepare rooming lists, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event documentation. • Process and update individual reservations. • Handle guest requests by telephone and email. • Identify upselling opportunities and support revenue optimisation. • Participate in hotel site inspections and major events. • Maintain accurate client files, reports and administrative documentation. Your Profile • Student in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business or a related field. • Available for a minimum internship of 6 months. • Fluent in English; French is highly appreciated and Dutch is an asset. • Customer-oriented, organised, proactive and eager to learn. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
