YOUR MISSION    We are seeking highly motivated Hardware and Environments Test Engineers to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems. You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure that systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements. In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace technologies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.    RESPONSIBILITIES     Taking ownership of test strategies, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution with minimal oversight.   Author and review test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices.   Set up test equipment and hardware, collect and compile test data, and generate test reports in accordance with procedures.   Identify anomalies, contribute to root cause investigations, and nonconformances   Capable of working with multiple engineering disciplines (thermal, structural, electrical, fluids, etc.) and developing testing system requirements.     Uphold safety protocols of test execution and maintaining compliance with all facility requirements throughout testing cycle.   Serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external test-related communications.     Interface with multiple cross functional teams and programs, technicians, customers, and regulatory bodies during design reviews and Test Readiness Reviews.   Develop operational manuals for test equipment       QUALIFICATIONS     U.S. Citizenship required.   Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.   Able to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.   Excellent communication, leadership, and technical documentation skills.     Relevant experience in hardware test engineering for aerospace, defense, or high-reliability systems in line with engineering level.   Demonstrated experience or strong interest in safely handling, operating, and testing flight hardware.   Experience of data collection and analysis.   PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE    Master's or higher degree in relevant engineering field.    Knowledge of environmental and performance test methodologies and standards.   Experience with data acquisition, test automation, and scripting (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB).   Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.   COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS  &nbs
