Description
Join a small, highly autonomous team building a cool, AI-driven product for predictive diagnostics of drive systems. It runs like a startup within a corporate: a data-based product successfully launched inside an established hardware company, now scaling — and looking for the right person to grow with it. The team is distributed across the globe (Switzerland, Germany, Australia, plus a global network of application & sales engineers in the US, Korea, the UK and beyond). The Barcelona office is young and growing, and we'd love a curious, driven, tech-loving colleague to join us. This is a hands-on engineering role, hybrid in Barcelona. Tasks \- Manage a handful of Azure services on your own \- Build clean, containerized software (Docker / OpenShift) \- Own the end-to-end process — real ownership well beyond dev tasks \- Support our data scientists in deploying multiple architectures (core code, cloud / containers, and various embedded systems and variants) \- Work directly on our test rigs — hardware included \- Be a full member of the team who thinks along and builds solutions, not just executes user stories \- Recognize where real engineering skills are needed and apply them deliberately Requirements Must have: \- Solid Python skills \- Hands-on experience managing a handful of Azure services independently \- Clean, containerized software engineering (Docker / OpenShift) \- Strong software-engineering fundamentals, applied deliberately where it counts \- Comfortable being hands-on down to the hardware / test-rig level \- A curious, driven ownership mindset — you think along, not just execute \- Based in Spain (Barcelona, hybrid - 3 office days, 2 home office days) Nice to have: \- Deploying to embedded systems and variants \- Exposure to ML model deployment Benefits \- A startup-like team inside an established hardware company — with real ownership \- Work on an AI-driven product for predictive diagnostics of drive systems \- A young, growing Barcelona office and a globally distributed, highly autonomous team \- Hybrid working from Barcelona \- Regular events in the office \- Work in an international environment Interested? Apply with your CV — and your GitHub or portfolio if you have one. We review every application personally and we'll get back to you.
