Join a growing Gynecologic Oncology program within a state-of-the-art Comprehensive Cancer Center in Southern California. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, high-demand practice that has experienced significant growth and is ready for a second full-time physician. You will work alongside an experienced gynecologic oncologist and a strong support team, with immediate patient volume and the ability to shape the future direction of the program. The practice offers a balanced mix of oncology and complex benign gynecology, allowing for clinical variety and surgical volume. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
• Established GYN Oncology practice with immediate patient demand
• Join 1 experienced GYN Oncologist + NP support (growing team)
• surgical cases per month with 1 2 dedicated OR days/week
• Balanced case mix: 50% oncology and complex benign gynecology
• Shared call with manageable volume and strong support structure
• No mandatory benign gynecology call responsibilities
• OB hospitalists handle L&D, minimizing overnight disruptions
• NP support for after-hours patient communication
• Multidisciplinary cancer team: Med Onc, Rad Onc, surgery, imaging
• Access to tumor boards with academic collaboration (UCSD)
