As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we’re looking for a proactive, dependable part-time Guest Services Coordinator to help ensure our facility operates smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for members and guests. Requirements What you’ll do: • Take ownership of daily operational responsibilities to help ensure a clean, safe, and organized sports and fitness facility • Create a welcoming experience by providing exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors throughout every interaction • Ensure all members and guests are properly checked in and that required waivers and passes are completed before participating in facility activities • Conduct frequent facility rounds to identify and address spills, trash, safety hazards, and policy violations while maintaining awareness of participant safety • Assist with the setup and breakdown of sports equipment, programs, leagues, tournaments, and special events • Perform daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, cleaning windows, floors, courts, and turf, organizing equipment, completing shift checklists, and gathering, washing, drying, and folding towels • Provide information about facility programs and schedules, assist guests with registrations, and direct visitors throughout the facility • Monitor visitor access and maintain awareness of facility security • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed • Receive and organize mail and deliveries • Help identify operational needs, proactively address them, and communicate facility concerns to leadership as appropriate • Assist the Guest Services Supervisor by helping ensure daily operational and shift responsibilities are completed efficiently and consistently • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall facility operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience • Support other department and facility needs as needed What makes you a great fit: • Flexible availability to work open shifts Monday–Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday–Sunday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recreation, or another similar environment • Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready facility while delivering exceptional customer service • Demonstrate initiative, take ownership of responsibilities, and effectively prioritize work with minimal supervision • Detail-oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team • An enthusiastic, energetic, and attentive personality!
