The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses. The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort is seeking for a Guest Service Ambassador to provide exceptional service and a memorable experience to our guests. The Front Office Ambassador anticipates guests needs and uphold the high standards of the Luxury Collection brand. Responsibilities: Provide excellent guest service by discovering all our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly. Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment. Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments. Set up and maintain a high level of personal service and guest recognition. Welcome guests and resolve any possible problem / complaint quickly and courteously. Upsell the running Marriott programs and try to maximize revenue for the hotel. Must perform check in, check out duties and receive payments for guests. Requirements At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry in Front Office Agent position (experience in a 5-star hotel preferred) Hold a Hospitality degree. Be a great communicator who allures guests from all over the world. Be an inspiring team player Have proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests. Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English . Knowledge of German and/or Russian/or French language will be an advantage. Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera software Have impeccable cooperation, attention to detail, inspiration, and organizational skills. Be able to act proactively and constantly find creative solutions in every guest encounter. Have the ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to handle confidential information.
