About the role: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they are welcomed warmly and their needs are addressed efficiently. Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Foster strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and personalizing their experiences. Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, acting on insights to continually improve service delivery. Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring guests have a smooth and pleasant transition. Be proactive in addressing any guest issues or challenges, striving for timely and satisfactory resolutions. Requirements Previous experience in guest relations or front office operations within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. A friendly, approachable demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills. A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
