Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and improve service quality. Assist in managing the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in guest relations or a front desk role, preferably within the luxury hotel sector. Outstanding communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred. Adept at problem-solving and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
