Job description As a Guest Relations Agent your responsibilities include: • Providing guests with a memorable experience • Handling guest interactions and special requests with the highest level of customer service and in a timely manner • Building a rapport with guests and colleagues • Providing information about the hotel facilities programs and services • Providing personalized customer service • Addressing and escalating customer complaints To be successful, we are looking for the following: • Experience in a lifestyle brand • Work well in a team • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in English and Greek • Experience with PMS system • Knows how to leave lasting impressions • Passionate about hospitality with an energetic and polite personality We offer a seasonal contract in a pleasant working environment, accommodation and meals, as well as a competitive salary package.
