The Supervisor, Guest Experience & Ticket Operations is responsible for assisting the Manager and Assistant Manager of Guest Experience & Ticket Operations in leading the day-to-day service delivery in venues managed by Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) and help to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all guests.  This position will achieve these goals by providing directions & leadership through exceptional customer service and upholding venue policies in a friendly, professional manner and safe. This role will supervise event day staff and assist Management with day-to-day functions, including but not limited to Ticket Sales, Event Booking, Venue Operations, Guest Experience, and Finance to maintain a professional, organized, efficient, effective, and customer friendly experience.   Support Guest Experience Management by:   Utilizing Ticketmaster and other applicable ticketing platforms.  Assisting with Ticket Builds &Ticket Purchasing Processes.  Assisting with the configuration of event builds.  Oversee ticket sales and admission scanning execution for events using ticketing system and scanners.  Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during event execution, document and action correction in a timely manner.   Receive, record and reconcile, debit, credit and special vouchers, as events require.  Supervise team on maximizing all sales opportunities during the transaction process through additional product offerings.    2. Provides internal and external customers with support by:  Be able to read tickets and have a firm grasp of the layout of each of REAL's ticketed venues.  Assist Guest Relations staff in ensuring that each guest that enters any ticketed event on REAL's property has a valid ticket.  Greet, monitor, and navigate movement of guests in assigned areas within the venue to ensure guest safety and compliance with building policy.  Limit access to the venue or specific areas to those with proper, valid tickets.  Demonstrate knowledge of ticket troubleshooting regarding the ticketing system, emailing, printing, transferring, etc.    3. Lead outstanding customer service.  Provide ticket service for inbound calls and follow up on inquiries regarding REAL events.   Assisting with ticket needs.  Oversee team's visibility and availability to provide superior service for event attendees.    Ability to resolve escalated customer service issues brought forward by staff.  Other duties as required.  Salary Range: $19.05 to $26.97 Requirements Education and Experience  A certification in Event Manager, Project Management, Community Engagement or a combination of relevant education, training and experience is considered an assest.  1-3 years’ experience in coordination and supervision of the delivery of large-scale events or, working in a multidisciplinary field.   Experience with a CRM system and ticketing systems is an asset.    Knowledge,
