You will be instrumental in bringing this innovative concept to life, playing a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing guest satisfaction. About the role We are seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Intern to join our team at Atipico Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and learn what it takes to deliver exceptional service and maximize guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities: • Manage guest check-in and check-out to ensure smooth transitions. • Handle reservations and room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue. • Work with internal teams to address guest requests and concerns in a timely manner. • Arrange pre-arrival services for VIPs, corporate clients, and groups. • Use analytical skills to track and optimize room inventory for new reservations. • Find ways to improve guest satisfaction and team performance. • Keep accurate guest data in the Property Management System (PMS) and other IT systems, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your Qualifications: • 0-1 year of experience in a hospitality role or customer service industry, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment. • Proven ability to exceed guest expectations and achieve high satisfaction scores. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns. • Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Drive, and PMS/helpdesk systems. Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.
