Description
SalesPlaybook is DACH’s #1 Pipeline, Sales, and HubSpot agency for B2B technology companies (50–500 FTEs).
We help founders and revenue teams scale fast – by turning marketing and sales into a true revenue factory: repeatable, predictable, and efficient.
Our GTM Engineers sit at the intersection of sales strategy, automation & AI, and RevOps. They design and implement the systems that power signal-based growth.
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of GTM Engine projects – from technical architecture to measurable client results.
You’ll work either independently or alongside another consultant to design, build, and optimize signal-based outbound systems that combine precision targeting, automation, and AI-driven personalization.
