As our Growth Marketing Intern , you’ll support clients and venture teams with research, experimentation, campaigns, and data-driven strategies that deliver real impact. 💬 Note: Internships are unpaid, but you will get an allowance to cover your transportation or your lunches. 📈 What You’ll Do Strategy, Research & Experiments Collaborate with clients across key project stages — from early validation to launch and growth. Research audiences, competitors, trends, and user behavior to shape smart growth strategies. Brainstorm and develop experiment ideas and tactics with the team. Campaigns & Optimization Set up and manage paid campaigns to drive acquisition and conversion. Run experiments (A/B tests, landing page variations, creative tests). Optimize ads, assets, and funnels to exceed growth goals. Measure results continuously and translate insights into clear actions. 🌟 Who You Are Studying Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field. Preferably experienced in advertising, SEO, social media, or community management. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to take ownership. Analytical with a passion for data-driven thinking. Creative and deeply curious about user behavior. Strong communicator who can clearly express ideas. Native or fluent in English.
