Role Overview As Growth Lead for the Cybersecurity portfolio, your primary objective will be driving customer growth and revenue across our cybersecurity products through a combination of B2C growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimisation, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager, you will own initiatives that grow awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention while also strengthening our presence within the cybersecurity ecosystem through communities, influencers, enterprise partners, and industry experts. What You’ll Do: B2C Growth & Customer Acquisition Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth initiatives that increase customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue across our cybersecurity portfolio through experimentation, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimisation, and performance-driven campaigns. Expected Outcome: Consistent growth in customer acquisition, conversion rates, repeat purchases, and revenue. Community Outreach & Relationship Building Responsibilities: Engage with cybersecurity communities, practitioners, enterprise security teams, forums, conferences, and influencers to strengthen Packt's presence and identify opportunities that support both product awareness and commercial growth. Expected Outcome: Growth in community engagement, strategic partnerships, and qualified acquisition opportunities. Expert Endorsements & Industry Partnerships Responsibilities: Build relationships with recognised cybersecurity professionals, trainers, authors, and organisations to secure endorsements, partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and thought leadership. Expected Outcome: A steady pipeline of endorsements, collaborations, webinars, and partnership-led growth initiatives. Email & Lifecycle Marketing Responsibilities: Execute lifecycle campaigns focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention while continuing to grow qualified subscriber audiences. Expected Outcome: Improved subscriber growth, customer engagement, and repeat purchase rates. Website & Funnel Optimisation Responsibilities: Monitor customer behaviour across the website and optimise landing pages, product pages, and conversion funnels using analytics and experimentation. Expected Outcome: Higher visitor-to-customer conversion and improved customer experience. Growth Experimentation & Performance Analysis Responsibilities: Design, prioritise, and execute A/B tests across customer journeys, pricing, messaging, offers, and acquisition channels while tracking key commercial metrics. Expected Outcome: A strong experimentation pipeline with measurable improvements across conversion, revenue, retention, and marketing ROI. Team Structure • Reports directly to the Cybersecurity Portfolio Director. • Collaborates closely with Product Management, Editorial, Marketing, CRM, Design, Data, and Sales teams. Who You Are 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, or Growth/Product Management.
