Contribute in brainstorming sessions and work closely with the marketing and communications team and business units to develop creative solutions for all marketing campaigns and programs. Partner with marketing managers, writers, designers and product specialists to create digital assets and marketing materials that communicate information effectively with the use of design. Constructively participate in cross-functional communications, use skills to design thinking, correctly use graphic systems, typography, iconography, color, pattern, and form. Complete work consistently with a drive to hone skills, experiment with new tools, and have the ability to clearly express rational behind design decisions.Essential FunctionsWork closely with Channel Marketing, Sales and Product teams to understand business initiatives and leading the creative team to translate them into thoughtful design and brand expressions, taking ownership of the creative work, from concept through executionCreate visual content while collaborating across disciplines with designers, photographers, writers, developers, and more to build our brand and increase awareness and customer engagementDrive creative solutions from concept through completion on a variety of media including, but not limited to: omni-channel campaign development, Social & Display ads, Animation, illustration, Print materials, Direct Mail, Event supportExperience with a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot quickly based on strategic business needsAbility to uphold and follow style guidelinesOrganize and maintain creative assets, including logos, image library, working files and moreLead visual direction in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment and are unafraid to ask questions or admit when you don't know the answerExcellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
