Position Statement The Graphic Designer serves as a key creative partner within TMC’s Culture, Engagement & Impact Division, translating ideas into compelling visual experiences that strengthen culture, elevate our brand, and support organizational initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Creative & Brand, this role creates high-quality creative assets across print, digital, social media, presentations, video, events, recruiting, philanthropy, employee recognition, and internal communications. Success in this position requires exceptional design ability, creativity, adaptability, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
