Description
We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Multi-Media Expert to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with authors to import text and images, crafting engaging layouts using industry-standard software. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Microsoft and Adobe programs to adhere to established style guides and templates for various submissions and presentations. Create visually appealing digital and print materials, including forms, reports, infographics, presentations, and website visuals. Edit, proofread, and prepare documents for print or electronic publication to ensure high-quality outputs. Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines, contributing to brainstorming sessions and the development of innovative ideas. Oversee version control, file permissions, and the archival process for electronic files, including proposals upon submission. Produce and format a variety of documentation, such as formal proposals, technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and reports. Additional Duties: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to gather necessary information for design tasks. Illustrate design concepts by creating rough layouts and tweaking art and copy arrangement. Prepare final copy and artwork through the operation of typesetting and printing equipment. Assist in coordinating photography, artwork commissioning, and printing processes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with additional training considered a plus. Ability to develop solutions for a variety of moderately complex problems. Solid understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards with a good grasp of graphic design. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML. Strong communication skills to handle complex or sensitive matters. Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of meeting deadlines. Compensation: Your compensation package will reflect factors such as job location, education, training, experience, and internal pay alignment. The annual salary ranges from $44,800.00 to $73,910.00, alongside a variety of benefits.
