As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant , you will become an important member of a dynamic and forward-thinking support team, working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised interventions. Using Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to guide your practice, you will tailor your support to meet the individual needs of each pupil, helping them reach their full potential.
