Graduate Sales Administrator LOCATION: Aylesford, UK WORKING HOURS: 7.30am – 4.30pm CONTRACT: Full-time, Permanent Join our team Are you looking to start your career in a successful international business? We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Graduate Commercial Coordinator to join our growing team in Aylesford. If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships and keeping things organised, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and Live Chat. Qualifying customer enquiries by understanding their requirements. Preparing accurate quotations for new and existing customers. Maintaining customer records and updating our CRM system. Coordinating appointments for Area Sales Managers. Managing post-order administration, including product queries and delivery updates. Supporting customers with after-sales enquiries and resolving issues professionally. Working closely with teams across the business to ensure an excellent customer experience. Developing your knowledge of our products, customers and commercial processes through ongoing training.
