Graduate Recruitment Consultant (2025–2026 Graduates) Have you taken on real responsibility before most people? Were you a House Captain, Head of School, sports captain, or committee leader? We are looking for two ambitious graduates to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. This is an opportunity for individuals who have already shown leadership and initiative early in their careers and want to build a high-performance, long-term career in recruitment. You don’t need recruitment experience - but you should be able to show that when given responsibility, you step up and deliver. Is this you? Have you held a position of responsibility? The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to: Build relationships with cutting-edge technology companies Identify and engage highly skilled tech professionals Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to closing deals Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while quickly taking on responsibility.
