The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a busy commercial team and gain hands-on experience across a range of infrastructure projects. Responsibilities will include assisting with the cost management of NEC contracts, monitoring labour and subcontractor costs, supporting commercial reporting activities, and working closely with project delivery teams to ensure accurate financial control throughout project lifecycles.
This role offers an outstanding platform to develop core quantity surveying skills within a main contractor environment, supported by structured training and professional development opportunities, including progression towards RICS Chartership.
Experience Required
Applicants should hold, or be due to complete in Summer 2026, a degree in Quantity Surveying. Previous industry exposure through work placements, internships, year-in-industry programmes or voluntary experience would be advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn, strong communication skills and a desire to build upon a foundational understanding of quantity surveying principles.
