This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering graduate or junior engineer looking to develop a career within advanced manufacturing, production engineering, and new product introduction (NPI). Graduate Production Engineer – The Role • Support manufacturing processes, production workflows, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities • Assist with CAD drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routes, and technical documentation • Help identify production issues and support root cause analysis and process improvements • Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve efficiency and quality • Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturing optimisation projects Graduate Production Engineer – What We’re Looking For • Degree or HNC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or similar Engineering discipline • CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Hands-on mindset with a genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team What’s On Offer • Competitive salary • Private medical insurance • 25 days holiday + bank holidays • Pension scheme, life insurance, Cycle to Work & EV schemes • State-of-the-art manufacturing environment • Excellent training, development, and long-term progression opportunities This role is ideal for a graduate-level engineer looking to build a long-term career within advanced manufacturing and production engineering.
