Key Responsibilities Assist senior engineers and project teams in planning, design, and implementation activities. Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation. Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and quality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to learn and contribute to project tasks. Engage in training programs and professional development opportunities. Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Perform technical research and support problem-solving activities as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree recently obtained in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. Fresh graduates or up to 1-2 years of experience. Strong enthusiasm to learn and develop technical and professional skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
