The Graduate Engineer Development Programme The programme gives you a broad range of experiences, including formal training and hands-on development. You will gain exposure to detailed design engineering as well as opportunities to work offshore. Subsea7 provides an environment that supports both technical growth and business understanding. What we are looking for The energy industry is evolving, so we expect our graduates to be adaptable, curious and open to new ways of working. The positions are based in Stavanger, with onboarding in September 2027. The Graduate Engineer Development Programme is only the starting point.
