Description
Why Cast AI?
Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.
The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.
Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.
Global team, diverse perspectives We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.
Unicorn momentum In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.
Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.
About the role
The GTM Systems Engineer is a hybrid role bridging sales, marketing, and software engineering. You will own the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of the technology stack powering our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will build automated, scalable revenue systems leveraging AI, data enrichment, and custom integrations to streamline lead routing, CRM enrichment, and personalized outbound campaigns, ensuring our GTM tools are integrated, reliable, and instrumented to support data-driven decisions at every stage of the funnel.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in GTM systems administration, sales/revenue operations, or a related technical role.
Deep Salesforce expertise: hands-on administration experience with objects, flows, validation rules, and reporting; Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Developer, or Platform App Builder certification required.
Proven experience integrating tools such as Outreach, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Clay, Apollo, or similar GTM platforms.
Ability to write and troubleshoot code (SOQL, SQL, Python, JavaScript) to support integrations and automation; experience with API management and prompt/context engineering.
Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process, sales funnels, lead scoring, and how GTM teams operate across enterprise and mid-market segments.
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguous problems.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a cloud-native, DevOps, or Kubernetes-adjacent business.
Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Tray.io for orchestrating system integrations.
Exposure to data warehousing or BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, Tableau).
Experience supporting global sales teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Responsibilities:
Own the architecture, administration, and optimization of core GTM platforms including Salesforce CRM, sales engagement tools, marketing automation, and intent data providers.
Design, build, and maintain integrations between GTM systems to ensure clean, consistent data flow across the revenue tech stack.
Identify and implement automation opportunities - workflow automations, AI agents, routing logic, and territory management - to reduce manual work and increase rep productivity.
Enforce data hygiene standards across the CRM and connected systems; proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them with minimal business disruption.
