Description
Escrow.com is the world’s largest provider of secure online payments. We have safely handled over US$8 Billion in transactions for some of the world's largest marketplaces and platforms, including Shopify, GoDaddy, and eBay. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of how we bring products, features, and partnerships to market. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success - ensuring that every launch lands smoothly and our global partners activate successfully. The ideal candidate is a "GTM quarterback" who thrives in cross-functional environments, loves building repeatable launch playbooks, and has the technical fluency to drive adoption for complex Fintech products. Key Responsibilities • Launch Ownership: Design and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature rollouts, and platform integrations. • Asset Creation: Build and maintain comprehensive customer-facing "Go-Live Kits," including co-marketing toolkits, landing page copy, one-pagers, and partner-ready brand assets. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between Product, Sales, and CS to ensure alignment on messaging, target segments, and launch timelines. • Sales Enablement: Create and deliver enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, and FAQs) to train internal teams on new products and GTM motions. • Customer Activation: Monitor and optimize "Time-to-Go-Live" metrics, working directly with strategic partners to ensure successful technical and operational onboarding. Drive user adoption within existing ecosystems. • GTM Performance: Track and report on success metrics, including activation rates and feature adoption, running retrospectives to continuously improve our launch runbooks. Required Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Growth, or a similar strategic role. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional launches for technical products (SaaS, Fintech, or Payments preferred). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for distilling complex technical infrastructure into clear value propositions. • Strong business acumen and the ability to align various departments around a shared launch goal. • Experience with data-informed decision-making and tracking product-led growth metrics. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where every day is different. • Familiarity with APIs, marketplace ecosystems, or platform integrations. Nice to Have • Experience in digital payments, escrow, or international compliance-heavy environments. • Familiarity with partner co-marketing or platform-specific GTM strategies. • Experience in high-growth startups where you have built playbooks from the ground up. Success Criteria • Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for the success of a launch, from the high-level strategy to the smallest copy detail. • Resourceful & Proactive: You identify friction points in the customer journey and build the tools necessary to solve them. • Clarity-Driven: You ask thoughtful questions to ensure that the product vision is clearly communicated to our global user base. • Growth Mindset: You treat every launch as an opportunity to learn, iterating on your playbooks to drive higher activation volume. Benefits • Fast-track your career: We boast a meritocratic culture, renowned for hiring into senior roles from within and producing many business and product leaders in the FinTech industry. • Not a cog-in-the-machine: You will join a global FinTech with a culture that allows you to take ownership and see the tangible impact of your work immediately. • Weekly Town Halls: Direct Q&A sessions with the CEO where you can ask anything. • Hack-a-thons: Quarterly events where teams create solutions to existing problems and win prizes, filled with games, shows, and food. • Weekly Team Lunches: Thursday lunches featuring rotating local cuisines. • Fun Team Building Events: We prioritise a high-energy office culture and meaningful in-person collaboration.
