Description
autarc is building the operating system for energy installers across Europe. As we scale, we want our Go-to-Market organization to operate with the same level of automation, data quality, and product thinking as our engineering organization. As our Go-to-Market Engineer , you will own the technical infrastructure behind our revenue engine. You will work directly with our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to identify bottlenecks, build internal tools, automate workflows, connect systems, and deploy AI where it creates measurable commercial impact. This is not a traditional RevOps or analytics role. We are looking for a builder who can understand a commercial problem in the morning and start shipping a solution in the afternoon. You will combine software engineering, automation, AI, data, and commercial thinking to make our GTM organization faster and more effective. You will have significant ownership over how autarc builds its GTM infrastructure as we scale across Europe. What You’ll Do Build our GTM operating system Own and continuously improve the systems powering our entire customer lifecycle – from first lead to closed customer and expansion. Build internal applications and workflows that help SDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and leadership make better decisions and execute faster. Turn fragmented processes into scalable systems. Automate the revenue engine Identify repetitive or inefficient workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and automate them. Build automations for areas such as lead enrichment, routing, qualification, follow-ups, pipeline management, customer onboarding, and retention. Connect our GTM stack and ensure information moves reliably between systems. Deploy AI into real workflows Move AI beyond prototypes. Build AI-powered workflows that help us qualify and prioritize leads, analyze calls and customer interactions, identify opportunities and risks, generate insights, and automate operational work. Experiment rapidly with new models and tools and turn successful experiments into reliable internal products. Own GTM data & analytics Create a reliable data foundation for our commercial organization. Connect and structure data across our CRM, calling infrastructure, product, billing, and other GTM systems. Build dashboards and internal tools that give teams real-time visibility into the metrics that matter: pipeline, activity, conversion, ARR, retention, and individual and team performance. Make sure we can answer important commercial questions with data rather than assumptions. Build, don’t just recommend You will personally implement what you design. Depending on the problem, that might mean writing Python or TypeScript, building an n8n workflow, connecting an API, querying a database, prototyping an internal application, or working with our engineers on a deeper integration. You should be comfortable moving between commercial conversations and technical implementation. Drive measurable commercial impact Technology is a means, not the outcome. Your work should ultimately help us generate more pipeline, increase conversion, shorten sales cycles, improve retention, or allow our GTM organization to scale without adding unnecessary complexity. You will work closely with GTM leadership to identify the highest-leverage problems and own them from idea to measurable result. You are a builder . When you see a broken process, your instinct is to understand it and build something better. You have strong technical skills and can independently ship solutions using Python and/or TypeScript . You have hands-on experience building automations and integrations using tools such as n8n and APIs. You understand modern AI tooling and have already built applications or workflows using LLMs. You are comfortable w
