• Global Vice President Marketing - Artisan People Group Global Vice President Marketing We are on the hunt for a dynamic, highly motivated Global Vice President of Marketing to join a luxury skincare brand and help to expand their international reach. This is an amazing opportunity to take a high-end, sustainable brand from start-up to a globally recognised skincare product. The role Reporting directly to the COO/CEO, you will be responsible for building an innovative marketing strategy in order to gain brand recognition internationally. You will lead a highly talented global marketing team in order to achieve objectives. You’ll establish and stick to a marketing budget, implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll also produce regular reports and offer data-driven insights and recommendations. The role will involve working cross-functionally across multiple teams and managing several projects simultaneously. How you’ll dazzle us The perfect candidate will have significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a rapidly growing beauty, luxury or consumer goods environment. Ambitious and charismatic, you will have fantastic leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You’ll need to be strategically minded and highly analytical but with a real creative flair. You’ll be brilliant at making data-driven decisions and analysing reports in order to come up with exciting new marketing strategies. An excellent communicator, you’ll be great at building relationships internally and externally, working globally across multiple teams and channels. We are looking for someone with experience of working alongside major beauty retailers such as Sephora, Harrods, Neiman Marcus, Saks, Look Fantastic and more.
