About the Role The Tax Manager role sits within the Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Director, and is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands office. The primary focus will be on managing the tax affairs of the group, including corporate tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and capital taxes across multiple regions. As 1GLOBAL continues to grow as a complex international business, this role offers exposure to a wide range of tax areas across multiple geographies, including the EU, UK, APAC, with close collaboration with our US and Brazilian tax specialists. About the Responsibilities Tax Compliance & Management Manage the group's tax affairs including corporate tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and withholding taxes. Review VAT and corporate tax returns prepared in-house and by agents across EU, UK, and APAC regions. Ensure transfer pricing documentation is up-to-date and compliant with international standards. Deal with tax queries from across the business, providing expert guidance and solutions. Tax Advisory & Planning Research tax issues affecting the group and provide strategic advice to management. Stay abreast of tax changes and developments that impact the group across all relevant jurisdictions. Work closely with external tax advisors on significant tax projects and initiatives.
