Joining Röhlig Global Sales, is joining a team of 14 colleagues working across 8 locations around the world. As Global Sales Process & Systems Manager, you will work closely and in alignment with the Head of Global Sales Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate our sales strategy into scalable, efficient and globally consistent ways of working. What you will do: You will optimize sales processes, own our CRM ecosystem, support sales AI initiatives, and ensure our sales teams worldwide have the systems, insights and guidance needed to perform at their best. Sales Process Excellence • Maintain global sales standards, procedures and related documentation. • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality • Facilitate continuous improvement of global sales processes • Support internal and external audits together with Quality Management. CRM & Sales Technology • Own the global CRM platform and drive user adoption and quality of overall use. • Coordinate the global CRM Super User community. • Prioritize enhancements and manage new feature rollouts. • Collaborate with IT to improve automation and digital workflows. Sales Enablement & Knowledge Sharing • Support internal announcements and communication of Global Sales related topics (incl. Intranet) • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives (Live Sessions) • Co-create scalable resources and content to support sales productivity • Maintain & develop sales training material and eLearnings, animate learning sessions. • Co-organize/facilitate global sales meetings, conferences, webinars… Sales Controlling & Business Intelligence • Support ad-hoc Network sales report requests. • Support Global Sales internal reporting needs and new requests Innovation & AI • Identify and trial/pilot AI-powered solutions. • Support adoption of digital tools that simplify the sales experience. • Facilitate the development of AI-powered learning and knowledge platforms. What you bring: • Apprenticeship in freight forwarding or Bachelor degree in economics or Transport Logistics Management • 3 to 5 years work experience in a sales-related role in international freight forwarding and/or an international B2B environment. • Experience in Sales Process, Sales Enablement, CRM Administration and/or Commercial Excellence. • Experience with CargoWise One CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce is a plus). • Strong analytical mindset. Experience with Analysis for Office (AFO) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus. • Comfortable working across functions and influencing stakeholders. • Interest in sales technology, AI and digital transformation. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Fluent English. • Autonomous, structured and pro-active working style.
