The Global Learning, Talent, and Onboarding Process Owner - Director is accountable for the end-to-end design, governance, performance, and continuous evolution of the global Learning, Talent, and Onboarding processes globally. This role establishes the strategic vision, process standards, performance measures, and transformation roadmap necessary to deliver consistent, scalable, and business-aligned experiences for employees and stakeholders. The Global Process Owner is responsible for defining and maintaining global process frameworks, ensuring clear accountability across stakeholders, and driving standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement. Working in partnership with HR Services, HR Technology, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders, this role leverages data and process insights to identify opportunities, optimize outcomes, manage process risks, and enable sustainable process performance. This role will be located in the Philippines.
