Position Summary  To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision , we are seeking a Global Lead Recruitment, Selection, & Matriculation (RSM) to advance recruitment and selection practices globally. While this role contributes to network partners worldwide, it includes a particular emphasis on supporting and strengthening RSM practices across Asia Pacific. Success in this role means that Teach For All network partner staff have the necessary learning experiences, tools, connections, and resources to build strong recruitment, selection, and outreach strategies in order to build strong brands and to attract diverse cohorts of leaders to the program. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about growth, scale, leadership development, systems change, and diversity, inclusion, and equity.  This role is part of Teach For All's Global RSM team and will collaborate closely with colleagues in Teach For All’s Asia Pacific regional team and with other regional and global teams.  Global RSM Team The Global Recruitment, Selection, and Matriculation (RSM) team is a diverse group of seven staff members with an array of expertise, ranging from teacher recruitment and professional development, to governance and placements, to leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In collaboration with others, the Global RSM team aims to develop more collective leadership by growing our network and supporting network partners to grow their impact by: Supporting partners and prospective partners to live into our Unifying Principles through taking a holistic, cross-functional approach Enabling partner growth through unlocking progress in planning for scaling impact, recruitment, retention,  and placement Fostering understanding about the next generation and experimentation in how to recruit and retain them Distilling and sharing recruitment and selection insights Designing and facilitating meaningful learning opportunities and communities in virtual, in-person, and blended spaces Providing tailored coaching and consulting to early-stage entrepreneurs and current network partners Contributing insights on recruitment, selection and matriculation to the broader global ecosystem About the Asia Pacific Region Teach For All’s Asia Pacific region spans one of the most vast and diverse regions in the world, from Central and North Asia to South and Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Pacific. The region is home to 20 network organizations with 2,800 participants currently in their two-year commitments and 12,800 alumni. While contexts are different, the region shares a commitment to developing collective leadership that expands educational opportunity for all children. This is a pivotal moment for the Asia Pacific network in Teach For All. As partners navigate growth, evolving funding landscapes, and increasingly complex systemic challenges, there is a significant opportunity to come alongside partners to help them bring in the most committed, courageous people from the next generation into our work and collectively build a better future for all children. Responsibilities  Serve as an RSM Content Area Expert to Provide Effective 1:1 Coaching & Consulting Support Ensure that Teach For All network partner organizations globally, and with a particular focus in the APAC region, are investing in their core Theory of Change by recruiting diverse and promising future leaders into their cohorts at scale. Advance global RSM priorities by being a trusted thought-partner to Heads of RSM, CEOs, and senior leadership team members in the network on a range of topics such as building conviction around the need to focus on university recruitment, cultivating top talent through the selection funnel, messaging to GenZ and Gen Alpha, and more.  Analyze and diagnose global needs based on quantitative and qualitative evidence and co-develop global priorities and strate
